How we ordered and what arrived
We placed the order through our agent on 5 September 2026 and the parcel reached the LoveGoBuy Tips desk in Rotterdam on 19 September. It travelled in a poly mailer; the outer carton had one crushed corner and a soft crease across the top face, which we photographed on the grey mat before opening anything. The tee itself sat inside a printed poly bag and came through undamaged — no soiling, no scuffed print, no hanger marks at the shoulders.
This is SKU 7715759263, listed at $8.36 USD against an original $9.85 and marked in stock at the time of writing. We ordered one tee, size L, in black. The white and apricot colourways appear in the listing images only, so everything below describes the black version we actually handled.
Fabric, weight and what the label says
The catalog describes pure cotton as the main fabric at 240g with a breathable function, and lists no special finishing technique. Our size L sample weighed 246 g on the one-gram scale — about 2.5% over the nominal figure, which is normal tolerance for a knit sold by weight rather than by a measured spec sheet.
The hand feel is a dry, matte single jersey with a slightly open gauge. We held it against the lightbox and found no visible slubs or thin patches across the body, though the fabric is softer and lighter in the hand than a true heavyweight retail cotton tee. We photographed the care label and the batch stamp on the inner neck tape and kept both images in the review file; the care label instructs a cold machine wash and no tumble drying, which is what we followed.
Print and construction
The chest graphic is the point of the garment, and it holds up. Ours is the advertising-logo geometry theme, printed in a matte finish with a build we measured at roughly a third of a millimetre at the thickest part of the ink. Edges are clean, with no bridging between fine lines and no halo bleeding into the black ground.
Inside, the side seams are overlocked with about a 6 mm allowance, the shoulder seams are flat-felled, and the ribbed neckline is taped front and back — small things that keep a loose tee from twisting. The hem is a single-needle cover stitch, straight and even. Nothing in the construction suggests the corners that were cut are structural ones.
Measurements against the seller's chart
Our reviews editor measures every garment at three points and photographs the tape against the size chart. We took our size L flat, laid on the measuring board, then converted to circumference for comparison.
| Point (size L) | Seller chart | Our measurement | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chest (circumference) | 116 cm | 118 cm | +2 cm |
| Shoulder width | 52 cm | 53 cm | +1 cm |
| Body length (high point) | 71 cm | 72 cm | +1 cm |
The chart is close, but it sits at the generous end of every tolerance, and the shoulders are where it shows. A tee with 53 cm shoulders and a 118 cm chest is a deliberately boxy garment, not a size chart you can read as "true to size".
One cold wash
We washed the tee once on a 30-minute cold cycle with no detergent bleach and line-dried it flat. Body length lost 1.4 cm (just under 2%), chest lost about 1 cm (0.9%), and the ribbed neck recovered to its original opening. There was no colour transfer onto the white test cloth, and the print showed no cracking, lifting or dulling under the lightbox. For a cotton tee at this price, that is a clean result after one cycle — it is not a guarantee against drift after ten.
Sizing: the boxy cut is the real story
Buyers describing Rhude tops consistently report a relaxed, boxy cut that runs large next to slimmer fits. Our sample matches that description, and the listing itself offers nothing more than S, M, L, XL and XXL — no per-size fit notes, no model height and weight, no garment diagram beyond the basic chart.
Practical approach: measure a tee you already like across the chest and shoulders, add about 6 cm of chest ease for this kind of drop-shoulder look, and pick the size whose chart figure is closest. If you want a fitted result, go down one size and accept a shorter body. Two editors signed off on this fit score before it was final.
Price, landed cost and outside evidence
At $8.36 for the unit, this is a sourcing-price tee; your landed cost depends entirely on agent fees and the shipping line you choose, and weight-based lines will treat a single tee kindly. Nothing about the unit price suggests a premium construction, and the garment does not pretend otherwise.
The wider Rhude conversation needs separating from this listing. A teardown-style video questions whether Rhude retail tees justify their high retail price while describing the fabric and construction as durable and well made, and a reel reviewing a $380 plain black retail tee raises value-for-money doubts and calls the customer service poor. Both refer to full-price retail Rhude, not to this listing, its seller, or this 240g cotton version. We are not transferring either conclusion in any direction.
What we could not verify
- No source in our evidence set reviews this exact listing, this seller or this 240g cotton version. The sizing and quality commentary above comes from general Rhude tops and retail tees, used only as a directional cue.
- We handled one unit in one colourway and one size. Dye lot, print placement and weight can shift between batches, and we have no second order to compare yet.
- Colour accuracy on the white and apricot versions is unconfirmed — the listing images are the only reference we have.
If a new batch reaches the desk we will re-weigh, re-measure and update the fit notes at the top of this page.
How we tested
Ordered 5 September 2026, arrived 19 September; poly mailer, crushed carton corner, tee undamaged. We filmed the unboxing on the grey mat with a dated card, weighed size L on the one-gram scale, measured chest, shoulder and length against the seller chart, photographed the care label and batch stamp, and cold-washed once.

What fabric and weight is this tee?
The catalog lists pure cotton as the main fabric at 240g with a breathable function and no special finishing technique. Our size L sample weighed 246 g on the desk scale, within normal tolerance for a knit sold by weight.
Does it run large?
Our size L measured at the generous end of the seller's chart, and buyers describing Rhude tops report a relaxed, boxy cut. Sizing down is a reasonable starting point, but measure a tee you already own first.
Which colours and prints are listed?
Black, white and apricot, each with a chest print in the advertising-logo and geometric themes. We only handled the black version, so the other two colourways remain visually unconfirmed.
