Review methodology

Every product review on LoveGoBuy Tips follows the same sequence. Our testing team opens a standard agent account, adds the item to a basket with two filler items, and pays the listed service fee, domestic shipping, and international line cost. We record six timings: order placement, seller dispatch to the warehouse, warehouse intake, QC photo delivery, consolidation, and handover to the international line.

At the desk, the parcel is photographed on a dated grey mat before opening. We note packaging condition, tape, and any crush damage. The item is then measured against the seller's size chart at three points — for footwear, insole length, heel height, and outsole width; for apparel, chest, shoulder, and sleeve. Labels, tags, and batch stamps are photographed for the batch comparison table.

Fit checks are done on at least two people where the size range allows. Apparel goes through one cold wash to check shrinkage. Shoes are walked indoors for two hours on the first day and again on the third day. We reconcile item, service and shipping charges against the applicable quoted prices and public fee table, flagging monetary gaps over one euro. We compare the six logged stage timings with the stated windows separately and flag differences over one day.

Scores use the five-point scale: 5 excellent, 4 good, 3 adequate, 2 poor, 1 very poor. Scores may range from 1 to 5. Two editors sign off before a review is published, and the order date, warehouse, and shipping line are printed with the score.

Scope of the findings

The one-euro or one-day flag identifies a discrepancy to investigate, not an automatic fault or refund entitlement. Reviews state the tested sizes, participants, route and applicable return-window source.
